Mark Greinke
Mark Greinke began serving as the city of Portland's CTO since 2007 and oversees the information and communication technology needs of Portland's city government. He has over 23 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Prior to his role at the city, Mark spent 11 years at Intel Corporation where he led initiatives to move businesses processes online as well as the automation of Intel's chip manufacturing facilities. Mark is actively engaged in the Portland technology arena including serving in leadership roles on several regional boards and committees.
