Guy Martin is an Open Source Community Manager at CollabNet, where he currently serves as one of two community leaders for the Forge.mil system. As part of the original launch team for the site, his primary responsibility is guiding users in building better collaborative communities, while helping them streamline their software development process. He has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, technical marketing, and community management. Prior to CollabNet, Guy helped develop collaborative communities for Motorola and Sun Microsystems. In 2006 he conceived and led the launch of opensource.motorola.com, and served as one of Motorola's ambassadors to the Open Source community.
