Dwayne Peeples

Dwayne Peeples, Deputy Commissioner for Administration and Medical Services, returns to the Department of Corrections after serving as Director of Health Care Services (Department of Health and Social Services) from 2003 to 2006. Prior to this, he was Director of DOC, Division of Administrative Services from 1997 to 2002; Finance Officer for the Alaska   Seafood Marketing Institute and Deputy Director for the Alaska Division of Public Health. The Deputy Commissioner holds a Masters in Public Administration from Seattle University has lived in Alaska since 1976 and has been employed by the State of Alaska since 1980.
